PERCEPTION OF MAFIA INFILTRATION IN MANTUA Description The presence of the phenomenon of the organised criminality on the territory of Mantua has been recently objects of several moments of shared reflections among institutions and private authority/association that have voluntary decided to publicly speak of this problematic, that, is known by many but always it is unsaid, and it is exactly in the silence that the underground dynamics finds power and opportunity of proliferation. We believe interesting stand what is the perception of the phenomenon among people of the province of Mantua. The research poses as its principal goal the collection of information towards a scientific questionnaire absolutely anonymous and randomised: the successive analysis of the answer will consent to discuss in order to social perception of the phenomena exanimated and will supply some useful indications about the prevention and policies of security. Objective Starting from information that can be concretely verified, it can be possible to find the perception of the mafia or of organised criminality phenomenon on the territory and of consequence if people are conscious of the system that is present and to which level. The next step consist in the proposal on intervention together with the institutions for understand how to spread better the message of the importance of denouncing situations of criminality for the benefit of the economic society in particular. LIBERI DI LEGARE PROJECT OF SOCIAL RE-EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT IN THE BOOKBINDING Description What is the typical day of a detainee? What happens when the prison training ends? In the first case the boredom win compared with the non-existent opportunities; in the second case the ex-detainee, if he/she hasn’t any particular resource (social, family or economic) it is rare the possibility to provide autonomously to his/her social reintegration, so he/she needs adequate answers, as the opportunity to start trainings or a new career in the world of work. Can we use the time available in a context that re-educate and not only contain? The answers of these questions can contribute to limit the risk of recidivism and to give to the citizenship a concrete signal of interest towards change and responsibility. Objectives The project far from constituting itself as a definitive resolution of the problem of the “after prison”, demonstrates confidence in the possibilities of social rehabilitation of a subject coming from the detention facility, the same confidence expressed by the legislator that, also thorough the prevision of the benefits of the prison and alternative measures of detention, has the purposes to transform the punishment in a period of social rehabilitation.
